TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The company reserves the right to alter prices without notice .
2. Goods are despatched only on reciept of payment , accounts will only be offered once satisfactory trading is established.
3. The company reserves the right to incorporate a credit charge of 2.5 % monthly on unpaid accounts.
4. Goods are consigned by a 24 hour insured service . A before 12 noon or next day service is available on request .
5. All orders placed are deemed to be firm commitments .
6. All returns must be pre confirmed and accompanied by the original invoice . Goods without this information cannot be processed.
7. Written notification must be received within 48 hrs notice of reciept of goods for damage or shortages .
8. Any goods returned will only be acceptable if returned in unopen condition and reasonable state as received.
9. Goods supplied will remain the property of the company until payment is received in full by the company .
